In compliance with the distance selling regulations, you may return an item(s) to Beth Cole unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging within fourteen working days of receipt for a full refund (the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage). Outside of this fourteen-day period, items can only be refunded if faulty. No items may be returned to Beth Cole without the prior written consent of Beth Cole, please get in touch via the contact page or email bethcole.me@icloud.com. 

Damaged/faulty items must be returned before a refund issued; the cost of returning the items will be reimbursed. In the case of lost items, the post office claim procedure will be taken up before a refund is sent; proof of posting is obtained for all orders. Please use the standard mail service provided by your mail carrier and please obtain proof of posting. Return your items to the address on the back of the package (or alternatively please get in touch via the contact page or email bethcole.me@icloud.com so that Beth can provide you with the return address).

• Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
• If we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.
• This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
