RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In compliance with the distance selling regulations, you may return an item(s) Beth Cole unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging within fourteen working days of receipt for a full refund (the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage). Outside of this fourteen-day period, items can only be refunded if faulty. No items may be returned to Beth Cole without the prior written consent of Alex Standring, please get in touch via the contact page or email bethcole.me@icloud.com.
Damaged/faulty items must be returned before a refund issued; the cost of returning the items will be reimbursed. In the case of lost items, the post office claim procedure will be taken up before a refund is sent; proof of posting is obtained for all orders. Please use the standard mail service provided by your mail carrier and please obtain proof of posting. Return your items to the address on the back of the package (or alternatively please get in touch via the contact page or email bethcole.me@icloud.com so that Beth Cole can provide you with the return address).
- Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
- If we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.
- This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
SHIPPING INFO
Beth Cole delivers throughout the UK; unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is the default service for all orders, expected delivery times are next working day from the date of despatch. Orders of £50.00 or over are sent Tracked 24 free of charge within the UK. Please read our terms and conditions below before purchasing. We will deliver your order to the address that you give us. Please note, if your item is marked as delivered on the tracking to the address you entered at the checkout, we cannot refund your order. If you haven't received it personally, please check with family members, neighbours, in safe places on your property etc.
